1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ace58 ("ace58," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the ace58 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services available at ace58.cam (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ace58 supports a range of payment methods tailored for Filipino players, including GCash, Maya/PayMaya, BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. All transactions on the Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. ace58 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposited funds are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements, and internal security checks. ace58 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and volume of requests. ace58 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱/PHP). ace58 is not responsible for currency conversion fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ace58 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements detailed in the respective promotion page at the time of offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional validity window.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• ace58 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus payments where fraudulent activity or abuse of promotional terms is detected.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, and payment method.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace58 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to manipulate gameplay or exploit the Platform

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ace58 staff or other players via any communication channel

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ace58 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, game logic, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, user interface design, and database contents — is the exclusive intellectual property of ace58 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ace58.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace58 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming revenue resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or force majeure events
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party infrastructure, including internet service providers, payment processors, or game providers
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to secure your login credentials

ace58's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

ace58 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ace58 does not sell or rent your personal data to unrelated third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for Platform operation (payment processors, KYC providers, fraud prevention services) and where required by law or regulatory authority.

10. Responsible Gaming

ace58 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic. ace58 provides the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Session Limits: Restrict the duration of your playing sessions.

11. Suspension & Termination

• A player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• A player engages in any prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 6
• ace58 receives a lawful order from a regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Technical or security considerations require immediate protective action

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, ace58 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no breach is established and closure is initiated by the player, remaining balances will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ace58 operates with the Philippine market as its primary audience and applies relevant Philippine consumer protection standards in its operations.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through ace58's customer support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures notified to the player at the time of the dispute. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ace58 may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide not less than 14 days' notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
